Biography/Interests
I love the opportunity to help protect the environment of northern lower
Michigan through providing environmental education. It is a delight
each year to work with approximately 5,000 students and their teachers
from thirty school districts in our region.
Mardy Murie, in her book, Two in the Far North, stated that, "The
unknowing eye cannot see." It is a joy and a privilege to work with
children and adults of our bioregion to enhance their ability to see
- to truly see this place we call home.
