Spring Flora Hike
Program Length: 2 hours
When Offered: Wednesday, May 30 (2:00-4:00 P.M.)

Offered during the peak of our spring flora bloom, you can expect to see lady slippers, trailing arbutus, dwarf dogwood, star flower, partridge berry, blueberry, wild-lily-of-the-valley, several varieties of violets, fringed polygala… Be prepared to get down on your hands and knees! We will provide hand lenses. And as an extra benefit, we are bound to encounter returning birds and be surrounded by frog and toad songs. Come enjoy spring with us!
