The Au Sable Institute announced today that Ashley Rosenberger will join the staff and serve as Admissions Manager.

In summer 2020, these three students (left to right: Alex from Azusa Pacific University, Erik from Indiana Wesleyan University, and Emily from Covenant College) all enrolled in Au Sable’s online Wetlands course.

The Au Sable Institute (ASI) seeks a part-time (up to 20 hours per week) Office Manager. The person filling this position will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to staff.

Our Butterfly Day 5K is back!

This is a new course offering from Au Sable and will examine how various groups of people are affected by environmental hazards. Students will reflect on Christian responses to social inequality and ecological problems..

One of our goals at Au Sable is to change the narrative related to Christianity and the environment.

A study of the effects of dam removal on stream invertebrate communities in Michigan’s Boardman River has completed its long and winding course to publication and worldwide accessibility for scientists, river managers, conservationists and public readers alike.
